Competencies and Goals

This job aid features a sample assessment designed to measure the importance of aligning your leadership competencies with your organization's strategic goals. Ask participants to use the Importance Scale to rate the importance of each skill listed in the first column against identified strategic goals in the second and third columns. This exercise results in the overall perceived value of each skill on strategic goals.
