Objective

Problem

You (Supervisor Joe) left Monday morning for a one-day company-sponsored training program in supervisory leadership. Your department was turned over to Mrs. R, but she became ill and went home. You were called to return on an emergency basis and arrived five minutes ago. The time is 1:00 P.M. Monday. As you walk into your workstation, you face ten critical problems.
