1:If you were the owner of a firm with fifty employees, would you initiate a formal appraisal program? Would you tie pay raises to the results? Would you develop your own instrument?
2:Can you explain why so many supervisors dread formal reviews? Does their attitude keep them from doing a good job of reviewing? Why is it so difficult to judge or evaluate others?
