MASTERING THE FIVE FOUNDATIONS
Here is a three-step formula to accomplish this goal.
Step One
Write the five foundations on a wallet-sized card. Cut a piece of paper or cardboard to a size that will fit into your wallet without being folded. When you have the card in front of you, write the five foundations in your own words. Turn back to the first part of the chapter if you need to do so. When you have finished writing all five foundations to your satisfaction, you are ready to continue.
Step Two
