Problem

Mr. Big's job may be eliminated. If this happens, another manager in a job similar to Mr. Big's will look after Joe and Joe's department along with departments the manager already supervises. Mr. Big, however, will be offered Joe's job at his same salary if he wants it. Supervisor Joe, in turn, will be offered Ms. Y's job, and Ms. Y will replace Ms. Q.
