Overview

Throughout our lives, we have seen many different types of teams and what these teams needed to be successful has varied. But we have realized the relevance of the RESPECT Model to them all.

In this chapter, we look at the different characteristics of teams that we have identified in the course of our research, and we look at how all of us (team members and team leaders) can apply the RESPECT Model to turn our own team into a SuperTeam.
