Overview

Partnering generally refers to two or more people collaborating, most commonly to achieve a common goal. However, partnering in the context of SuperTeams goes beyond simple collaboration. Individuals in partnership work together in an ongoing committed relationship in which each has the other’s best interests at heart. Partnerships work best when everyone wins.
