Topology
The physical architecture of a cluster implemented with SC3.0 software is similar to a cluster implemented with SC2.2 software, in that all nodes must have the same version of the Solaris OE and all nodes must be connected to a private network of redundant high-speed interconnects. However, unlike SC2.2, not every cluster node needs to have physical access to shared storage.
