Data Service Methods

DSMs are a set of programs (C programs, shell scripts, Java programs, Perl scripts, etc.) developed to manage a highly available data service. These programs are automatically invoked by the SC2.2 data service framework when an application failure is detected, or when the application is started or stopped. A collection of DSMs make up what is known as a data service agent.

SC2.2 DSMs are located in the /opt/SUNWcluster/etc/reconf/conf.d directory.
