Cluster Configuration Databases

Understanding the cluster configuration databases is an important part of cluster administration, planning for changes, and dealing with any crisis in the clustered environment. There are several files which maintain cluster state and configuration information. The most important of these are the CCD and CDB (cluster database) files. The /etc/pnmconfig file (see “Cluster Topology and Hardware Changes”) is also an important file for managing a cluster configuration because it determines the NAFO group configuration.
