B. Sample XML Report Data

AFTER a Web Server instance is started, it begins gathering statistical data that is useful for monitoring purposes and is accessible through an XML data report. The Administration Console and certain text reports extract information from the XML data to provide you with a user friendly interface. There are times, however, when you might need to review the raw XML data because it contains much more detailed information than a formatted web page or report.

The entirety of the Web Server’s statistical data can be accessed by default using the get-stats-xml subcommand in the CLI. Additionally, you can enable Web Server to provide this data when prompted with a specific URI.
