The toolkit is continuously being developed and upgraded. We decided that it was not a good idea to put a copy on a disk and include it with this book. It is much better to use the Internet to download the packages, which are about 1 megabyte in total. One problem is that Internet addresses change over time, as web sites are reorganized, and the location may change over time.
