•  Not interrupt a teammate when he or she is expressing an idea, opinion, or suggestion.

•  Show up on time and be prepared for all team meetings.

•  Stay personally focused and help the team stay focused on the topic and time.

•  Be brief and to the point.

•  Respond promptly to all requests from teammates within 24 hours of receipt.

•  Be accountable and honor all my commitments.

•  Support a team decision even if I initially did not agree with it.
