Student support

Abstract

Student support is a cornerstone of higher education fundraising, and it's important that the library find a way to provide an opportunity in this area. The library is, after all, the one academic unit on campus that serves all the students at the university. While scholarships are the obvious case for giving to support students, they are rarely administered through the library. In order to cultivate donors with an affinity for student support, the library must think outside the box to include this case in the fundraising toolbox.
