Week 1
Congratulations—this is the first week that your program is live. You are going to want to generate some immediate attention, so issue a press release. If you are working with an affiliate solution provider, ask them if they will be creating a press release or announcement. Even if they do not write one, they often have boilerplate copy you can use. Also, you will want to submit your program to the affiliate program directories.
It’s essential that members of your affiliate team are well versed on the industry and any developments that occur.
