CULTURAL INTEGRATION

A vitally important but sometimes overlooked aspect of integration is the merging of the two company cultures. Culture can encompass anything from dress code to workplace hours to who pays for the coffee in the employee lounge. How those practices change can have a significant impact on the attitude of employees in the new company. What will make the difference here is a systematic approach to cultural integration.
