Extracting the Best Information

There are a handful of simple questions that can uncover rich seams of information about the seller’s company. These “tricks of the trade” have served me well over the years in gaining extra insight into the seller’s world.

Image Read the seller’s board minutes. If you know what the board has recently discussed, you will catch a glimpse of the most pressing issues facing the company. You will also likely see how those issues were resolved—or not—over a period of time.
