Abstract

Over the years, organizations have built knowledge management (KM) systems to gain competitive advantage. Though several organizations have reported successful KM initiatives, there are many failures due to lack of alignment between strategic and KM objectives and lack of appropriate tools and technologies for supporting KM activities.
