4.5. Summary

This chapter provided concepts and approaches for designing components of your CRM application that can be included in your organization's project methodology. The iterative design approach and suggested questions for subject matter experts provide an outline to expand on when you structure the design phase of your project. The output of the design effort needs to be accurate and complete to allow the next phase of configuration and development to continue with confidence that the structure will support the business needs. The next chapter covers the use of the design and suggests correct and incorrect configurations and uses of the application to support business requirements and functional design.
