Very few projects are deployed to users that don't result in at least a few enhancement requests. CRM as a business application typically receives a fair share of those requests, from minor adjustments to major projects. Some project approaches are most successful when the initial functionality provided is purposely minimized in order to receive user feedback and adjust.
