ADAPTING THE WCSCM TO YOUR ORGANIZATION

During the research phase of creating the new ATD WCSCM, special care was taken to be inclusive by selecting diverse samples of contributors from the following categories:

• geographies (Asia/Pacific, Europe, Middle East/Africa, Central and Latin America, and North America)

• industries (consulting, education and training, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, and technology)

• generations (Millennial, Generation X, and Baby Boomer)

• market segments (enterprise, mid-market, and small business).
