Locating Resources
For the product elements discussed in previous chapters, locating resources was a relatively painless task that required looking at the product Web site, doing some Web searches, and perhaps querying the user community. Because integrations are so organization-specific, locating resources requires more work, as well as recognizing that the task will inevitably be organization-specific, because every organization's software stack is unique. Locating integration resources for a particular organization requires a three-step process:
1. | Identify existing integrations. |
2. | Create an integration plan for missing integration mechanisms. |
3. | Identify any integrations that cannot be created.
