Assigning a Training Maturity Score
User-generated training begins to appear very early in the life of a product, while it is still quite immature. If the only source of training is other users' postings, you can conclude that the product is not very mature. Only one point is assigned if user-generated Web-based training is all that is available. See Table 8.1 for a point assignment breakdown.
