Self-Support

If your organization already uses the product, you might be able to support yourself. For example, if another part of your organization has significant experience with the product, you might be able to leverage that expertise to support a group just beginning with the product. Alternatively, you might hire one or more individuals with expertise in the product to provide support to the rest of the organization as part of their overall duties.
