Manuscripts

Manuscript is derived from the original meaning of handwritten script. The manuscript is a semifinal draft of a document being prepared for a final version. Manuscripts include long reports, brochures, articles, or books produced within an organization or association; or published either independently or through a publishing company. Final copy is prepared from the manuscript in bound form, with properly typeset narratives, photographs and graphics, and bound in adequate numbers for distribution.
