This Affidavit of Support is made on Friday, the 9th of May 2008, and is duly witnessed.

We, Ravi Kaushal son of Prakash Chand Kaushal and Madhulika Kaushal, wife of Ravi Kaushal, both residents of B3–3245 Vasant Kunj, Delhi 110070 do hereby solemnly declare and affirm as follows:

That our daughter Bhavya Kaushal aged 18 years has secured admission to Penn State University, University Park, USA for an undergraduate program and intends to proceed to the USA to earn the said education.
