Step 1: Warm-up

Ideally, the process of remembering names should start even before you meet someone. I call this step the warm-up process. When doing physical exercises, you know the importance of warming up. Warming up helps you to get into the mood; it relaxes your muscles and prepares your body for exercise. Similarly, you also need to warm-up before meeting people. There are several ways to do this.
