Vaughan Evans is an independent consultant specialising in strategy and business planning for SMEs and in strategic due diligence for private equity clients.
An economics graduate from the University of Cambridge and a Sloan fellow with distinction from London Business School, Vaughan worked for many years at international management and technology consultants Arthur D. Little and at investment bankers Bankers Trust Co.
