Seymour Adler is Senior Vice President of Talent Solutions consulting at Aon Consulting, where he directs the development and implementation of assessment, talent management, and leadership development programs for clients, many of them global organizations, in the corporate sector as well as with large public sector agencies. After receiving his doctorate in industrialorganizational psychology from New York University, he cofounded Assessment Solutions Incorporated, a firm he helped take public in 1997 and which was acquired by Aon in 2001.
