Problem Description
An electronic parts wholesaler previously implemented their own order processing system that collects order requests from the field into a monolithic XML data file. Now, the parts manufacturer has informed them that they must begin submitting orders via a new Internet-based SOAP service that they have recently implemented.
What is needed is a batch-oriented system that will submit the orders that have been collected in an order document to the newly implemented SOAP service.
