ABOUT THE AUTHORS
Jocelyn R. Davis is Executive Vice President, Research and Development, at The Forum Corporation. Her global team is responsible for advancing Forumâs expertise and intellectual property in four areas: leadership, sales and customer experience, strategy execution, and workplace learning. She has consulted to companies in a range of industries and is the author of numerous research reports, training courses, and articles. Jocelyn received a BA with high honors from Swarthmore College and an MA from the University of Pittsburgh. She lives in Santa Fe, New Mexico, with her husband, Matt, and daughter, Emily.
