Scenario 1 —

Employee: “You just don’t understand. To get projects completed around here, I have to beg for resources and outmaneuver fellow workers. Even if I am successful, most projects are late and over budget. We all have too much work.”

Consultant: “Wow, it must be hard to do your work. I am confident that once you gain proper Sponsorship for your projects, your work will become easier and more productive. Understanding and applying SATA is the key!”

 

Scenario 2 —

Lead team participant: “I have had many meetings like this, but this is the first time that at the end we really owned the results!”
