Evaluating a business plan

Many managers are given strategic plans to comment on during their careers. The aims of this chapter are to show what to look for if you are placed in this position, to aid the process of critical evaluation. A secondary aim is to provide guidelines which can be used to evaluate any plan that you may be called upon to write.
