Preparing the strategic plan

Although many argue that strategic thinking is more important than writing a formal plan, there are many occasions when a written plan is useful. It may be demanded by the owners of the organisation, or may be a useful tool to help gain financial support, or retain it in hard times. This has the limited objective of showing how a strategic plan for a relatively simple organisation might be written.
