FOCUSING AT THE INDIVIDUAL LEVEL: DEEP DIVE INTO CHANGE

Given our new understanding and a new change model, we were ready to reinvigorate our focus on individuals to change and accept innovation. We understood that we needed to go deeper into this level to accelerate the change process in terms of individuals.
