As a result of the work and new realizations we had on the change model, we modified our change management framework to encompass three distinct components and outcomes.

The business results component describes the change in terms of the vision and the goals using the change process that describes today, the desired outcome (vision), and the transition. In this case, the results refer to the business opportunities that occur from the innovation effort, including products that are new to the world, increased customer loyalty and commitment, increased revenue, and the number of new products in the pipeline.
