CULTURAL ASSESSMENT FOR INNOVATION READINESS

To begin our work in aligning our culture with embedment, in 2000, shortly after our innovation effort began, we asked our senior leaders to conduct culture audits in their organizations in an effort to describe the cultural characteristics that represented their readiness for innovation. This activity was our first crack at the embedment wheel category of culture as it related to innovation embedment.
