Strategic Analytics Diagnostic Interview Template
Chapters 3 through 6 present the steps for doing a full Strategic Analytics diagnostic. This appendix provides a comprehensive template that you can use to design an interview to diagnose whatever issue you want to address in executing your strategy. The questions are drawn from those chapters.
This is not a tool you should use “as is.” Instead, it provides you a template for addressing the inquiry and structuring the interviews with stakeholders. No diagnostic will use all the questions presented here. The most rigorous and comprehensive diagnostics I personally have led used only a subset.
