Canada needs a long-term strategic business plan, and it has to be nothing short of a radically transformational plan for Canada's future. The plan has to be built by a new generation of Canadian business leaders who are fully equipped and competent to take advantage of the opportunities that exist. While crafted by business, it must also include a new model for how to better address the social responsibility that business has to Canadians when it comes to health, education and employment.
