The answer to our national decision-making dilemma is certainly not convenient in terms of timing and urgency, nor will it be comfortable to execute. We need to change the way we think, and then change the way we decide.

If the desire is to generate new answers to new questions in order to create new solutions to new problems, then we need to understand what leads to the generation of new ideas.
