Understanding Human Frailty

While properly executing any decision is critically important, since it is ultimately where the rubber meets the road, the process used to make the decision in the first place is arguably just as important. It turns out that, amongst the many factors that go into decision making, there are two mysterious but incredibly powerful functions within the brain that are specifically designed to help us deal with complexity, ambiguity and uncertainty.
