Abandoning Certainty

As shocking as it might be to some of the left-brained, risk-averse, old-style leaders amongst us, it is quite possible there is no such thing as absolute certainty. As a result, the pursuit of certainty is an act of folly, not to mention a costly waste of time. No matter how much we might want it, and how much it would help ease our worries and make business life more comfortable, certainty just does not exist, and that is truer today than at any other time.
