Stocking the Credibility Bank
It is far too common to hear members of a senior leadership or middle management team imply, or even whisper, about the existence of a certain lack of trust within the organization, or amongst one another. Even worse, they might actually state it out loud. However, more often than not, it is anything but the dirty little secret they would prefer to think it is, hidden safely out of view. In fact, the lack of trust within a team can usually be easily spotted at 100 feet, through the porous walls of organizational delusion.
