Challenge #3: Understanding and Perspective
The third challenge for the transformational leader is ensuring a deep and broad organization-wide understanding of the mission, the objectives and the means. This thinking has to be wrapped in a rich and complete narrative that people at all levels can not only understand but also relate to.
