Lead, Follow or Get Out of the Way
Before defining the transformational leader of the future in terms of the eight specific leadership competencies required to approach the four most critical leadership challenges we face, we need to address two key, tightly interwoven factors that contribute equally to the success of the transformational leader—experience repertoire and mindset.
