It is the responsibility of every leader, especially in times like these, to challenge conventional wisdom at every turn and to seek out the truth, no matter where it takes them. Senior leaders are expected to ensure their organizations avoid the sin of complacency and are challenged, every day, to raise the bar of expectations and performance.
