DELIVERY OF THE PROPOSAL

Once the packaging of the proposal is complete, it must be delivered to the prospective funder. Always use the delivery method specified by the grantmaker. If the funder prefers an electronic submission, then submit online. If the funder prefers a hard-copy submission, you have a few options.
One option is to personally hand-deliver the proposal. Obviously, this is feasible only if the funder is close by. Even so, hand-delivering the proposal is really only necessary if you are squeezing the proposal in under a deadline.
