Before the Internet, a brochure was one of the agency’s primary marketing tools. Though less glorified today, a brochure can still be an effective way to present information about a nonprofit agency. They fulfill a useful function because this is a physical document you can leave with or send to a potential funder. Brochures run the gamut from simple to sophisticated. In a brochure, the inclusion of photographs and graphics adds another dimension to the telling of your agency’s story. This is one of the areas where a brochure departs from a grant proposal.
