HOW TO WRITE A COMPELLING EVALUATION SECTION

Far from being dull, the evaluation section—this epilogue-like portion of the proposal—can be as creatively written as the rest of the proposal. In one sense, an assessment can be viewed as a dialogue between the hero (the agency) and the main characters (its clients). The conversation concerns how well agency services are meeting expectations and addressing needs. The evaluation component of a proposal forecasts how frequently that dialogue will take place and under what conditions.
