I want to emphasize that you do not need to be an accomplished fiction writer to use the storytelling method presented in this book. Whether you realize it or not, you are already a storyteller. In our daily lives, the oral tradition of storytelling is very much alive and well. “What’s new with you?” asks a friend or colleague. And you proceed to talk about what’s been going on in your life. That’s a story, and you’re telling it.
